Is Livio an AI assistant or a guided conversation assistant?
Livio is a guided conversation assistant. It follows the clearly defined steps in the Livio Flow Builder and uses the answers you save there. No AI model generates new answers during patient chats. You retain full control over saved content and conversation flows, rather than relying on freely generated AI responses. AI can help with setup and translation; you can review the prepared text and edit it at any time.
Will Asklivio work on my website?
Livio can be integrated into WordPress, Elementor, TYPO3, static websites and many website builders. Your website needs to allow custom scripts or embeds. Need a hand? We are happy to help with the initial setup – this support is included in the one-time setup fee.
What does it cost to use Livio?

Can I create my own conversations and edit the text?
Of course. In the Livio Flow Builder, you can edit ready-made conversations or create your own questions, answers and conversation steps – no coding required. You decide which information your chatbot provides and how it guides your patients through an enquiry.
Does Livio support multiple languages?
Yes. You can activate up to five additional languages alongside your default language. Your conversation texts are translated automatically and can then be edited individually. Your patients can communicate in their preferred language. Each additional language costs €5 per month in Europe or US$5 per month outside Europe, according to your billing country.
How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?
The guarantee applies for 30 days from your first successful payment, even if you have not finished setting up your account.
